TCodeAI does not require an account, so we never collect your name, email, or company. What we do collect is tied to an anonymous session identifier (a browser cookie) rather than to you personally:

Which result you click, if any
Optional feedback (thumbs up/down and comments) you submit on a result
Basic technical metadata: IP address, browser/device type, referring page, and country

This data is used only to measure search quality and improve T-code matching over time — it is never sold or shared with third parties.

Retention: Search and session analytics are retained for up to 1 year, matching the lifetime of the anonymous session cookie, and then deleted.
